La Casa Verde is a tranquil oasis located on the southern part of the prominent city of Rovinj. It is situated just 1,500 meters from the beach and 3,000 meters from the historic old town.
It is a spacious property 2,000 m2 comprising of private parking lots, a 100 m2 two storie main house, a 50 m2 pool house with sauna, wood fired pizza oven and an outdoor swimming pool.
